A1 Badminton

Located in Brampton, Ontario, A1 Badminton is a coach-led, volunteer-run badminton club for youths and adults. Our activities range from organizing recreational play to offering skills & drills training.

Newly established in 2025, A1 Badminton's core mission is to promote and grow the sport of badminton in the City of Brampton.

• We will implement the fundamental safety principles of the Responsible Coaching Movement, to create a sport environment that is safe, smart, and secure.
• We will participate as a community organization and local sports organization (LSO) in public engagements and consultations with the City.
• We will advocate for more programming and higher requirements for staff involved in the direct delivery of City programs.
• We will design and deliver programs to address disparities in sports participation, access, and opportunity for women and girls, seniors, and youths in general.

A1 Badminton is affiliated with Badminton Ontario and Toronto & District Badminton Association .
